We take care of the entire planning process from A to Z, so you can enjoy your trip comfortably and stress-free — on your own terms.
How it works:
📞 We start with a short questionnaire (you can also begin with a consultation and decide later if you’d like to continue)
✈️ We plan your entire trip, including international flights from Europe to Asia — you’ll receive several (usually 3–5) flight options
🚍 We organize all transportation within Asia — whether it’s flights, buses, trains, or taxis.
You’ll get clear instructions, prices, and tips (including how much you should negotiate).
If you prefer to rent a vehicle, we recommend trusted providers and explain all required documents.
Need a private driver or airport pickup? We’ll arrange that too.
🌴 We recommend destinations and experiences tailored to you, and create a detailed day-by-day itinerary with descriptions, links, and photos.

You will receive a flight suggestion and 3 accommodation options in each location
You will also get guidance on activities, tours, and transportation
If you decide to go ahead with our full travel planning service, the cost of the consultation will be deducted from the final price.

Flights instead of a consultation:
If you’re only looking for the best flight options, you can purchase the consultation and send us an email with the following details:

The more flexible you are, the better flight options we can find. We usually send 3 to 6 of the best available options, depending on availability and your preferences.

This allows me to come prepared with tailored ideas and make the most of our time together.

For half the price, you’ll receive flight options, accommodation recommendations, transportation links between destinations, and suggested tours.

We live in Asia - splitting our time between Thailand and Vietnam. We know the current prices, local transport providers, and have a trusted database of accommodations and services. This allows us to offer reliable, up-to-date support you can count on. If you need help at 9:00 AM your time, it might be the middle of the night in Europe - no traditional travel agency will assist you then, but we will!

Our pricing is flexible and tailored to your individual needs. We start with detailed questions and a video consultation. You don’t have to commit to paying the full amount or purchasing a complete package right away. Often, a consultation alone is enough to refine your initial plan and answer your key questions. If you later decide to continue with our full-service support, we’ll be happy to assist. We’re here to help - not to sell you something you don’t need.
Simply tell us what your dream trip looks like, and you’ll receive a detailed, multi-page PDF document created במיוחד for you. This means you won’t need a guide on-site - you’ll have everything at your fingertips. We tailor everything to your preferences, travel style, and hobbies. Dreaming of horseback riding on the beach? Swimming in a waterfall? A hot air balloon ride? A night in the jungle? Learning Thai massage?

We don’t focus on finding the absolute cheapest options - we focus on organizing your entire trip within your budget while ensuring the best possible experience. We do not organize tours or act as guides in Thailand, Vietnam, or other countries. That’s the role of local guides and we’re happy to recommend trusted ones if you need them. What we do is show you how to travel smart. We’ll advise you where to rent a car or hire a driver, where to find the best-priced boat rentals, how to avoid scams, what transportation between point A and B should realistically cost, and the best ways to get around in each location. We’ll also guide you on where to stay, which areas to choose, and what hotel listings might be hiding behind those perfect photos. We know how to pick quality accommodation in Asia—and what to watch out for.
